Prophet Jerome Fernando’s journey is a powerful testament to the transforming power of God. At sixteen, a divine encounter with Christ forever changed his life, marked by the miraculous healing of his mother’s skin condition and the Salvation of his father. Born to Pastor Wendy and the late Pastor Jayalath Fernando, the revered matriarch and patriarch of The Glorious Church, Prophet Jerome carries forward a rich spiritual legacy with a mandate that spans nations.

At just 29, he boldly decided to leave a thriving corporate career to pursue full-time ministry, building upon the small home church founded by his mother. What began with a handful of believers has since flourished into a vibrant global movement, gathering thousands locally and reaching multitudes internationally. Today, his ministry plants and shepherds churches across Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America, impacting lives across cultures, languages, and continents with the uncompromising message of the Gospel.

Anchored at The Miracle Dome, Sri Lanka, a striking modern architectural landmark with a capacity of over 5,000, Prophet Jerome’s ministry continues to grow. This monumental structure, birthed from a divine mandate, stands as both a lasting memorial to God and a testament to the boundless love of Jesus Christ for generations to come.

Recognised as a true patriarch of Christendom in Sri Lanka, Prophet Jerome has demonstrated unshakable faith, even enduring 33 nights of incarceration for boldly proclaiming the undiluted Word of God. This unwavering conviction defines his global ministry, positioning him as a visionary leader and tireless advocate for peace. His steadfast commitment to the Gospel and his efforts to foster unity among all people have earned him recognition and honours from numerous international organisations.

Guided by a divine mandate to embody the compassion of Christ, Prophet Jerome leads the PJFM Charity Foundation, the outreach arm of his ministry. This foundation serves communities across Sri Lanka without distinction of caste, race, or religion. Through this foundation, the Gospel becomes tangible, expressed in acts of care, provision, and unwavering love.

Beyond his ministerial and diplomatic roles, Prophet Jerome is a prolific author and visionary entrepreneur. His successful ventures span travel, education, apparel, food and beverage, and more, reflecting his ability to impact both the spiritual and marketplace spheres.

He is the devoted husband of Pastor Melanie Fernando and loving father to their two daughters, Mikkela and Heavenya. Together, they serve the Body of Christ with steadfast dedication, advancing the cause of Christ with grace, excellence, and an unyielding passion for souls.
