These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all individuals (“Attendees”) participating in the event (“Event”) hosted by The Glorious Church Australia Incorporated (TGC) in collaboration with Prophet Jerome Fernando Ministries (PJFM). By registering for and/or attending the Event, each Attendee agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Registration, Admission and Conduct
1.1. All Attendees must complete the official registration process prior to the Event.
1.2. Registration is non-transferable without the prior written consent of TGC.
1.3. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
1.4. Where an Attendee is under the age of 18, their parent or legal guardian consents to their participation and accepts full responsibility for their conduct, safety, and compliance with these Terms throughout the duration of the Event.
1.5. Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and in alignment with the values of TGC.
1.6. TGC reserves the right to deny entry or request the departure of any individual who breaches these Terms or engages in behaviour that is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful.
1.7. Food and drink are not permitted inside the venue, unless medically necessary or otherwise approved.
2. Safety, Security and Emergencies
2.1. Attendees must comply with all venue and government health and safety guidelines.
2.2. Attendees agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless TGC, PJFM, and their staff, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from or in connection with their participation in the Event, including injury, loss of property, or damage caused by themselves or others.
2.3. TGC accepts no liability for any physical experiences, manifestations, or responses that may occur under the power of God during the Event.
2.4. TGC is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, or government directives.
2.5. TGC and/or venue management reserve the right to inspect bags or belongings upon entry for security purposes. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry.
2.6. Weapons, illegal substances, and any other items deemed unsafe or disruptive are strictly prohibited. TGC and venue security may confiscate such items or refuse entry.
2.7. In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow all instructions given by venue staff, ushers, or emergency personnel.
3. Media and Photography
3.1. The Event may be photographed, recorded, or otherwise captured by TGC and PJFM through video, audio, and photography. These recordings may be used for ministry-related and promotional purposes, including but not limited to television broadcasts, social media, printed materials, online platforms, event archives, and internal resources.
3.2. By attending the Event, you waive any and all claims regarding the use of your image, voice, or likeness in such recordings and acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for their use.
3.3. If you do not wish to appear in any media, you must notify an usher before or during the Event. TGC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests in highlighted or staged areas, though full exclusion in crowd scenes cannot be guaranteed.
3.4. For attendees under the age of 18, the parent or guardian consents to the minor being photographed or recorded for these purposes.
4. Privacy and Communications
4.1. TGC is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration is used solely for event administration, ministry support, and communication about future ministry events.
4.2. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for these purposes, including being contacted by TGC or PJFM via email or phone. Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law or to support operations.
4.3. If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you consent to the collection of their personal information for the same purposes.
4.4. TGC and PJFM will never contact you after the Event to request money or financial contributions.
4.5. Any giving during the Event is entirely voluntary and conducted only through official, clearly identified channels.
5. Accessibility
5.1. TGC seeks to make the Event as accessible as reasonably possible.
5.2. If you require support, please indicate this during registration or notify a team member before the Event so that arrangements can be made where practicable.
6. Belongings and Lost Property
6.1. Attendees are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
6.2. TGC does not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items during the Event.
7. Event Changes and Venue Terms
7.1. TGC reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, speaker line-up, schedule, or format at its discretion and without prior notice.
7.2. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant changes to registered attendees.
7.3. These Terms apply in addition to any terms and conditions imposed by the venue. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms shall prevail to the extent they do not conflict with any mandatory safety or legal obligations of the venue.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
8.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
